Dedicated to Connecting and Uplifting New Orleans Chefs

ACFNO is the New Orleans chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF). We connect local chefs with professional education and resources so they can hone their skills and thrive in their careers. We also celebrate the unique culinary history of New Orleans, where the people don’t just eat to live—they live to eat.

Furthering Professional Culinary Excellence in New Orleans and Beyond

The ACF is the largest professional chefs organization in North America, with over 14,000 members across 170 chapters nationwide. The ACF is dedicated to promoting the professional image of American chefs, from representing the US in international culinary competitions to lobbying for the Department of Labor to recognize executive chef as a professional title, rather than a service position.
